5Features :

Preliminary appointment type individual business discussion meeting based on suppliers' and buyers' business meeting requests.

You can have an efficient business discussion at the meeting with the supplier you want to talk with.

6Traits of Participating Suppliers :

  1. Businesses that produce Japanese-made agricultural or marine products, food products, etc.
  2. Businesses that have a desire to build and expand markets in Singapore.
  3. Merchandise negotiators of Japanese-made agricultural or marine products and food products.

7Requirements for Participating Buyers :

  1. Buyers such as importers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, mail-order or wholesale businesses that mainly operate in Singapore.
  2. Has experience dealing with Japanese agricultural or marine products and food products, or would like to.
  3. Able to carry out individual business negotiations.
  4. Acknowledgment of ‘Application Guideline’ document.
  5. Completion of the Buyer Profile sheet (Application form) and consent for the disclosure of information in Buyer Profile sheet.

8Event Program :

There may changes to the event schedule for business negotiation participants in the event of a natural disaster or some other unforeseen event, as well based on the number of participants.

As of July 18 (Tue.), applications can be processed online.

10Additional Points of Concern

  1. For inquiries related to items not written in this ‘Application Guideline’ document or unregulated items, please contact the Executive Office.
  2. Please acknowledge that contents are subject to change for instance based on plans from the organizer.
  3. Should there be a large number of applications, there is the possibility that participants may be declined.
  4. Photos and video taken during the business negotiation event may be used for public broadcasting, TV, newspapers and other types of journalism and industry reports.
  5. There may changes to content, meetings or suspension of the event from natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
  6. Organizer bear no responsibility for any damages incurred in relation to these items.
